Director of Food & Beverage

We are looking for a young, hands-on food and beverage leader ready to step into a Director role and grow with the property. The right candidate brings creativity, commercial instinct, and a genuine hunger to build something — not simply maintain what exists. Experience & Background • Minimum 3 years in an Assistant Director of F&B / F&B Manager or equivalent senior operational role in an international 5-star property. • Demonstrated strength as a hands-on F&B Manager, comfortable on the floor, in the kitchen pass, and behind the numbers, not only in meetings. • Resort or hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; strong candidates from quality standalone restaurants or F&B groups will be considered. • A track record, even at assistant level of taking initiative beyond the job description. Commercial & Leadership Capability • Strong financial acumen: comfortable with P&L, cost control, pricing, and revenue mechanics, not just service standards. • A self-starter and driver of revenue, hungry to grow outlet performance rather than simply administer it. • Innovative and creative, with the ability to develop concepts, promotions, and menus that move the needle commercially. • Natural leadership presence, someone who inspires and mobilizes a team, not just supervises one. • Genuine food and beverage knowledge and passion, grounded in real product understanding. • Good marketing and communication understanding and able to push ideas and communications towards customers inhouse and outside, via various channels. • Outstanding PR. Personal Profile • Young, dynamic, and energetic, with the stamina and appetite for a fast-moving pre-opening and ramp-up environment. • Motivated by growth, for the business and for themselves with clear potential to develop into a stronger Director over time. • Smart and commercially sharp, able to think several steps ahead of the daily operation.
