Maintain pots, pans, plates, bowls, and other equipment in good condition, ensuring they are ready for use at all times. 6. Clean, wash, and mop floors in the work area twice per work cycle, keeping the area tidy and hygienic. 7. Take good care of the equipment cleaning area and ensure it is kept clean and organized.
