Key Responsibilities 1. Guest Service Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally. Provide attentive, personalized, and discreet service throughout the dining experience. Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods. Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests. Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary. 2. Food & Beverage Operations Prepare restaurant tables, service stations, and dining areas before each service. Serve food and beverages according to established service standards. Coordinate with the kitchen and other F&B team members to ensure smooth service. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper table settings. Ensure all service equipment, glassware, and utensils are clean and properly maintained. Support opening and closing procedures. 3. Wellness & Dietary Awareness Develop a good understanding of wellness-focused menus and nutritional concepts. Be aware of guests' dietary restrictions, food allergies, and special requirements. Communicate dietary requirements accurately to the kitchen team. Follow approved dietary instructions and recommendations provided by the relevant wellness or nutrition professionals. Maintain confidentiality regarding guest preferences and personal information. 4. Hygiene & Safety Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Follow HACCP principles and company health and safety procedures. Maintain high standards of personal grooming and professional appearance. Report equipment defects, safety hazards, and operational concerns to supervisors. 5. Teamwork & Collaboration Work closely with kitchen, service, and wellness teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. Attend daily briefings, training sessions, and departmental meetings. Support colleagues during busy service periods. Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and a positive service attitude. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
