Role Snapshot: We are looking for an energetic, hands-on, creative, and exceptionally hardworking revenue leader. Your mandate spans three core pillars: creatively mapping out a comprehensive year-to-year master plan for all seasonal events and promotions, dominating the digital and online space across room bookings and F&B outlets, and aggressively securing B2B contracts with NGOs, embassies, and corporate bodies across Vientiane and the region. Core Responsibilities & Accountability: Year-to-Year Event & Promotional Planning: Creatively conceptualize, structure, and execute a 12-month master calendar covering all seasonal campaigns, festive events, KVB steakhouse activations, PPW lunch promotions, and spa packages well in advance to drive maximum revenue predictability. NGO & Diplomatic B2B Acquisition: Actively hunt, negotiate, and secure long-term corporate rates, room blocks, catering contracts, and meeting room packages with international NGOs, UN agencies, embassies, and developmental organizations. Online Dominance & Revenue Management: Drive total digital presence and online revenue across OTAs ( , Agoda, ), Google Search/Maps, and direct digital booking channels to outrank local competitors. Outlet Digital Traffic: Build and run high-converting performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive constant footfall for KVB?s breakfast, Power Lunch / Executive Lunch (PPW), and evening steakhouse dining. Hands-On Leadership: Work directly alongside ownership and the creative junior manager on the ground?executing campaigns, closing deals in person, and analyzing real-time sales metrics.
