F&B Attendant

The Waiter is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing professional and courteous service to guests. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in the restaurant or banquet area. The ideal candidate should be service-minded, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities: 1.Guest Service & Order Taking: Greet guests warmly, present menus, provide recommendations, and accurately take food and beverage orders. 2.Food & Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner while following service standards. 3.Table Setup & Cleanliness: Prepare tables before service, ensure proper table settings, and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift. 4.Guest Interaction & Satisfaction: Check in with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns promptly. 5.Coordination with Kitchen & Bar: Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and efficient order delivery. 6.Billing & Payment Handling: Present bills, process payments, and ensure all transactions are handled accurately. 7.Adherence to Health & Safety Standards: Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe dining environment. 8.Event & Banquet Support: Assist in setting up and serving during special events or banquets as required.
