Asst.F&B Manager (รร.แกรนด์เซ็นเตอร์พอยต์สาขาสเปชพัทยาและวอยาท์จ)

Assist in overseeing and managing all Food & Beverage operations to ensure high-quality service aligned with luxury hotel standards. Ensure service excellence across all outlets including restaurants, bars, lobby lounge, room service, and other F&B areas. Supervise outlet managers and F&B team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Monitor food and beverage cost control, stock management, and purchasing processes. Support the planning and execution of special events, banquets, and hotel functions. Collaborate on promotional strategies, events, and revenue enhancement projects for F&B outlets. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained across all F&B operations. Train, coach, and develop staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Prepare daily and monthly operational reports and evaluate department performance. Act as Deputy for the F&B Manager when required.
