Villa Attendant - Permanent

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Villa Attendant at Banyan Tree Phuket. The Villa Attendant will be responsible for providing personalized service to guests staying in the all-pool villas. Daily tasks include cleaning and maintaining the villas, ensuring guests' comfort and satisfaction, replenishing amenities, coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests, and providing recommendations on local attractions and activities. Qualifications -Experience in hospitality or customer service -Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to work well in a team and independently -Knowledge of Phuket's attractions and local culture -Fluency in English, both spoken and written -Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
