Spa Attendant / Cleaner

Position Purpose Spa Attendants are responsible for ensuring that all Spa facilities are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and preparation so that the guests receive requested treatments and services in accordance with LeSpa's standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities • Ensure suites are kept clean and tidy according to the Spa checklist and health and safety standards. Clean and prepare treatment beds and rooms before and after each client and ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment rooms at all times. • Monitor the status of all equipment and notify the supervisor if there are any maintenance or repair needs. Promptly record equipment issues in the log book i.e. fixtures missing etc. • Restock cleaning products to ensure that LeSpa cleaning products, guest amenities and cleaning equipment are fully stocked at all times. • Ensure effective liaison between the therapists and receptionists. • Act in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. • Act as a support of colleagues by performing other tasks i.e. reception duties as and when required. • Co-operate with the reception and reservation desk on all matters. • Participate in ongoing training within the resort. • Respect instructions given by the Management concerning usage of products and amenities. • Ensure LeSpa's standards of cleanliness in the spa and onsen facilities are met at all times. • Perform other duties as required by management. Qualifications & Requirements • Education: At least Middle School graduated or higher. • Experience: 1–2 years’ experience in a similar position. • Must have cleaning chemical product knowledge. • Must know how to use the cleaning equipment. • Good inter-personal skill. • A good team player. • Self-motivated (Able to work on their own). • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holiday, morning shift, evening shift and flexible hours as shift extending may exist at end of shift based on business demands. • Willing to learn new experience and open minded. • Work well under pressure and have problem solving skills. • Good general health. • Age in between 20–45 years old. • Tall in between 160–170 cm. • Weight in between 47–60 kgs.
