Medical and Wellness Director

Position Purpose We are looking for an experienced Medical & Wellness Directorto lead the overall wellness strategy and guest experience across clinic, spa, and fitness operations. This role is responsible for developing signature wellness programs, overseeing operational and financial performance, maintaining high clinical standards and regulatory compliance, and leading multidisciplinary wellness teams to deliver exceptional wellness experiences. Key Responsibilities • Lead the overall wellness strategy and guest experience across clinic, spa, and fitness operations. • Develop signature wellness programs focused on longevity, detox, stress recovery, weight management, and lifestyle transformation. • Oversee wellness operations, financial performance, budgets, and KPIs. • Ensure compliance with Thai healthcare regulations and maintain high clinical standards. • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary wellness teams including medical professionals, therapists, and fitness coaches. • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on wellness campaigns, retreats, and partnerships. • Act as the resort’s wellness ambassador for VIP guests, media, and industry events. Qualifications & Requirements • Background in medicine, nursing, physiotherapy, wellness, integrative health, or related fields. • Minimum 8 years of experience in wellness or medical wellness operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. • Experience in luxury wellness resorts, destination spas, or premium health retreats preferred. • Strong leadership, commercial, and operational management skills.
