C. TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST /HR SUPERVISOR

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management. ● 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in hospitality (hotels, F&B, resorts preferred). ● Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. ● Hands-on HRIS or ATS experience; intermediate Excel skills for data reporting and dashboards. ● Strong working knowledge of Thai Labor Law, SSO, and work permit / visa processes. ● Excellent Thai and English, written and verbal. ● Willingness to travel between properties (Phuket, Khao Lak) monthly. Preferred ● Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. ● Experience in a multi-property or chain hospitality environment. ● Demonstrated success in cost reduction and process improvement in recruitment or HR operations. ● Proficiency with recruitment analytics tools or workforce planning software.
