About the Company We are a high-growth hospitality and living platform operating multiple large-format assets in Thailand, with near-term regional expansion underway. Our model blends serviced living with hospitality-grade operations, serving long-stay residents and short-stay guests in a single product. ________________________________________ The Opportunity Lead marketing and commercial at an inflection point. The product earns consistently positive customer feedback, but the brand and the broader commercial engine (partnerships, non-rooms revenue, B2B pipeline) haven't yet been built to match. This role owns both halves: the brand that defines us, and the commercial flywheel that monetizes it. A senior, hands-on role for someone who holds strategic clarity, brand judgment, and commercial drive in the same head. ________________________________________ What You'll Own Brand & Positioning • Define brand positioning, voice, and messaging architecture across a multi-asset, multi-market portfolio • Translate a differentiated living and hospitality proposition into compelling narratives by segment (long-stay, relocations, remote professionals, short-stay) • Use customer insight (surveys, interviews, review analysis) to sharpen positioning and inform expansion Commercial Strategy • Set commercial strategy across segments, channels, and pricing; essentially, how the portfolio grows revenue • Drive brand-led demand and conversion across the full funnel • Partner with Revenue Management on inventory, pricing, channel mix, and yield optimization across the portfolio Partnerships & Non-Rooms Revenue • Build and run the partnerships engine: corporate accounts, relocation agencies, influencer and brand collaborations, and revenue-sharing arrangements • Design new products and packages (corporate offsites, group bookings, co-branded experiences) that open revenue streams beyond the room rate • Own B2B pipeline and account management for corporate, agent, and partner relationships Team & Operating Model • Lead and grow the marketing and commercial teams; structure capability across content, brand, performance, partnerships, and BD as the function scales • Manage agencies, freelancers, and specialist partners with clear performance standards • Implement analytics and attribution so both marketing and commercial activity become a source of truth for leadership ________________________________________ Qualifications Required • 8+ years across marketing, commercial, or revenue leadership, with 3+ years leading teams and owning outcomes • Track record of building or transforming a marketing and/or commercial function in a growth environment • Fluency across both halves: brand and performance marketing on one side; B2B sales, partnerships, and revenue strategy on the other • Strong commercial acumen: understands margins, channel mix, and how brand work converts to revenue • Hands-on operator, comfortable with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment • Excellent English communication; Thai a strong advantage Preferred • Hospitality, real estate, consumer lifestyle, or adjacent multi-site businesses • Familiarity with distribution dynamics (booking engines, channel managers, CRM/lifecycle tools) • Experience with long-stay, subscription, or membership-based models • Regional expansion exposure in Southeast Asia • Existing network in the Thailand corporate, expat, or hospitality ecosystem ________________________________________ Location & Logistics • Phuket or Bangkok, Thailand • Regular travel across portfolio assets and to corporate clients, partners, and industry events ________________________________________ Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary • Performance-based bonus tied to measurable growth and commercial outcomes • Significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape both brand and commercial strategy at a category-defining business ________________________________________ We are an equal opportunity employer.
