Digital Marketing Manager

Job Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Paid Media) and CRM systems, ideally within the luxury hospitality or resort sector. Strong proficiency with CMS platforms, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and CRM software. Solid understanding of user funnels, conversion optimization, and influencer (KOL/KOC) management. Data-driven mindset with strong capabilities in budget tracking, KPI reporting, and market analysis. Excellent organization, creative brainstorming skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with corporate teams, vendors, and external agencies. Job Responsibilities: Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Define and implement digital strategies to precisely target affluent audiences and promote the resort. Measure and report on the ROI and KPIs of all digital campaigns, optimizing budget based on data and trend. Edit local website content via the CMS and coordinate with the corporate team to feed local content into global channels. Brainstorm growth strategies, run conversion tests, and optimize user funnels and end-to-end customer touchpoints. Manage the CRM system to drive direct client marketing and enhance guest experience. Execute marketing plans across sales, events, KOL/KOC (influencer) partnerships, co-branding, and PR to drive bookings. Produce targeted market studies, presentation decks, and performance reports for management.
