Finance Manager / Financial Controller

Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance * Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Tax laws. * Advanced MS Excel skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills, with Good in English and Thai * Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities. * Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * High level of integrity and professional ethics. * Work ethic and Positive attitude Main Responsibilities * Support the Director of Finance in overseeing the company's financial operations * Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure all reports are accurate and submitted within deadlines. * Support the development of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts. Analyze variances between actual results and budgeted figures * Monitor daily cash flow, oversee bank reconciliations, and ensure the company has sufficient liquidity for operations. * Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies, local regulations. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit seasons. * Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, Withholding Tax, and etc. * Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance colleagues. Review their work to ensure accuracy and provide guidance on complex financial issues. * Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reports to support management in decision-making.
