Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role (bellman, driver, or customer service) is an advantage. Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude. Ability to handle luggage safely and efficiently. Knowledge of local attractions, directions, and basic hotel services. Basic problem-solving skills to handle guest requests and issues. Driving Requirements (for Driver Role): Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Familiarity with the area and ability to navigate routes efficiently. Ability to drive safely during both day and night shifts. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage. Stamina to work long hours or during night shifts. Work Environment: Flexibility to work during nights, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Other Qualifications: Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail. Dependable and punctual. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
