Floor Supervisor

Position Purpose Supervise Room Attendants to ensure efficient Housekeeping operations, high cleanliness standards, guest satisfaction, and team development. Key Responsibilities • Supervise Room Attendants, assign rooms, and monitor daily cleaning operations. • Inspect completed rooms to ensure hotel cleanliness and quality standards. • Monitor Housekeeping pantries, par stocks, minibar, and cleaning supplies. • Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs. • Handle guest requests, comments, and complaints professionally. • Ensure compliance with Lost & Found, security, health, safety, fire, and emergency procedures. • Coach, train, and develop team members while promoting teamwork and company values. • Perform other duties as assigned to support Housekeeping operations. Qualifications & Requirements • Diploma or higher in a related field. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position. • Hotel or resort experience is preferred. • Good English communication, reading, and writing skills. • Well-organized, service-minded, and able to supervise a team. • Able to work flexible shifts and handle a physically demanding workload.
