IT Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields. • Previous experience in IT Support, System Administration, or as an IT Officer will be an advantage. • Knowledge of computer hardware and software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. • Knowledge of network systems, including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity. • Ability to maintain and troubleshoot office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices. • Basic knowledge of servers, Windows operating systems, and data backup systems. • Knowledge of IT security and information security practices. • Experience or knowledge of hotel systems, such as PMS, POS, or other related systems, will be an advantage. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility. • Good communication and service-minded skills, with the ability to coordinate and provide technical support to employees. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and perform well under pressure. • Basic to good English communication skills will be an advantage.
