Assistant Recreation Manager / Recreation Supervisor Grande Centre Point Voyage Pattaya | Pre-Opening Team Join Crimson Canyon, the signature Fitness & Wellness destination at Grande Centre Point Voyage Pattaya. As part of our pre-opening team, you will play a key role in creating an energetic, engaging and premium fitness experience for hotel guests. With a 1,445 sq.m. fitness and wellness facility featuring Technogym equipment, cardio and weight training zones, hybrid training, boxing, rock climbing, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, this is more than a hotel gym, it is an experience designed to inspire guests to move, train and recharge. Key Responsibilities - Supervise daily operations of the fitness center, ensuring smooth, safe and professional service at all times. - Lead and support Fitness Instructors in delivering engaging and personalized fitness experiences for hotel guests. - Conduct fitness orientations, equipment demonstrations and basic fitness consultations for guests. - Develop and conduct individual and group fitness activities, including functional training, strength & conditioning, cardio and wellness programs. - Ensure all fitness equipment, training areas and facilities are clean, safe, well-maintained and ready for guest use. - Monitor guest participation and provide appropriate guidance based on individual fitness levels and needs. Create and coordinate fitness activities, classes and wellness programs that complement the hotel's unique guest experience. - Handle guest enquiries, feedback and service recovery professionally and efficiently. - Ensure compliance with hotel safety, hygiene, emergency and operational standards. - Assist in staff training, scheduling, performance monitoring and daily team coordination. - Support the Fitness Manager / management team in developing new fitness concepts, activities and revenue-generating opportunities. - Work closely with Recreation, Kids Club, Water Park and other operational teams to create seamless guest experiences across the hotel. - Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
