Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Guest ExperienceOversee the seamless day-to-day operations of Salana Boutique Hotel, Kitchen Vibe Bistro, and Sarila Wellness Spa. Act as the ultimate brand ambassador, ensuring the "Lao Contemporary" and "Modern Luxury" aesthetic is reflected in every guest interaction and physical space.Resolve high-level guest feedback personally and maintain top-tier online reputation scores across all booking platforms. Ensure all departments adhere to health, safety, and operational protocols. Commercial Strategy & Digital MarketingCollaborate on and oversee digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with our SEO, Facebook advertising, and Google Ads campaigns. Develop proactive yield management programs and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates across all seasons. Identify new market segments and build strong relationships with key industry partners, corporate clients, and travel agencies.Technology & Process OptimizationLeverage and integrate with our internal automation systems (such as custom operational apps and automated tracking workflows) to streamline departmental communications, vehicle management, and asset maintenance.Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to make informed, data-driven decisions that improve efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks. Sustainability & ESGDrive the property's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.Monitor and manage sustainability benchmarks, including tracking electricity consumption and CO2 emissions, to ensure the hotel operates efficiently and responsibly. Team Leadership & Financial ManagementRecruit, train, and mentor a diverse team across hospitality, food & beverage, and wellness departments.Prepare and manage the annual budget, practice strict cost control, and present accurate month-end financial reports. Administer compensation structures, including calculating and tracking staff commissions (e.g., room night commissions) accurately.
