Regional Technical Services Manager

- Work with developer/owner, architectural design team and BWH Hotels operations to produce a hotel acceptable to and in line with BWH Hotels Brands standards. - Review and comment on all architectural drawings at each phase of the development of the hotel. - Participate in design workshops and site meetings as required, and coordinate with other disciplines, including BWH Hotels Area Specialists and with the Architecture, Design & Construction Team. - Review and provide design direction to the project design team to establish conformity to BWH Hotels Brands planning design and construction requirements. - Participate in the development of design briefs, and in dialogue with Brand and operations. - Work with architect/interior designer, and operations to develop cost effective design acceptable to and in line with BWH Hotels Brands standards. - Inspect existing hotels, either operating or in construction, for ?take over? by BWH Hotels and take ownership on the generation of P.I.P?s (Property Improvement Plan) as required. - Determine if they are acceptable to BWH Hotels and meet all required Brand standards and, if necessary, which modifications/renovations/upgrades are required, to form part of the P.I.P. (Property Improvement Plan). - On all projects, participate on the process of commissioning with all the Design Consultants & Contractors and ensure that all deficiencies are corrected prior to project handover to Operation.
