Wellness Boutique Shop Manager

We are seeking an energetic, personable Wellness Boutique Shop Manager to oversee daily retail operations, lead our shop team, and deliver an exceptional experience for our community. In this role, you will curate a welcoming environment, manage inventory of holistic wellness products, drive sales, and serve as the face of our brand. Key Responsibilities Store Operations: Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, maintain beautiful product displays, and ensure a clean, serene shop environment. Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor boutique staff to deliver warm, knowledgeable customer service. Inventory & Merchandising: Manage stock levels, coordinate with holistic suppliers, track purchase orders, and lead visual merchandising. Customer & Community Experience: Educate clients on wellness products (herbal remedies, skincare, supplements, mind-body goods) and host occasional in-store wellness events. Sales & Financials: Track daily revenue targets, manage POS systems, and implement strategies to meet boutique sales goals. Qualifications 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience (wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brand preferred). Strong passion for holistic health, mindful living, and organic products. Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with retail POS systems and inventory management software. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
