YONA is looking for security professionals who already know the job: sharp instincts, a steady presence, and the judgment that only comes from real experience. Yona Beach Club draws guests from every corner of the world to a floating structure on the Andaman Sea, cabanas, decks and open water, where your presence keeps the experience effortless and safe. Please be aware that this is a temporary role until 30th April 2027. There is the possibility that this position may be made permanent however it depends on the business demand at the time. We want someone who can read a crowd in seconds, defuse tension with nothing but tone and timing, and communicate easily in English, whoever is in front of them. Sound like you? Keep reading… What you'll do • Control every entry point and patrol each of the 3 decks, spotting trouble before it starts and de-escalating calmly. • Respond first to emergencies. • Log every incident accurately and keep doors, gates, life vests and exits secured and shift-ready. • Be the polished face of YONA security: warm with guests, discreet with problems. What you'll bring • Solid experience in security or protective services, ideally in hospitality or five-star settings. • Good spoken English and the confidence to communicate easily with guests and colleagues. • A proven ability to de-escalate a situation before it becomes one. • Comfortable working with guests from every culture and background. • A calm head and a polished, professional presence.
