We are looking for passionate Thai Waiters and Waitresses who love hospitality and take pride in delivering exceptional service. Please be aware that this is a temporary role until 30th April 2027. There is the possibility that this position may be made permanent however it depends on the business demand at the time. If you are warm, confident and naturally attentive, this could be your opportunity to join one of Phuket's most exciting beach clubs. You don't just serve food and drinks. You create experiences. What you'll do • Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile and attentive, professional service throughout their visit. • Take orders confidently, enter them accurately into the POS and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar. • Know our food and drinks, recommend with confidence and spot the moment for specials, desserts and another round. • Anticipate what guests need before they ask, deliver promptly and beautifully presented, and handle any concern calmly. • Know your section inside and out: tables beautifully set, everything clean and ready for the next guest, opening and closing covered with the team. What we're looking for • Friendly, polished and genuinely passionate about hospitality and exceptional guest service. • Thai nationals or the right to work in Thailand. • Strong spoken English, and the confidence to use it with guests and colleagues alike. • Naturally attentive, able to anticipate guest needs before they are voiced. • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment: professional, adaptable and calm under pressure. • A strong team player, experienced in hospitality, restaurants, hotels or beach clubs.
