As a Runner, you’ll be an important part of that team, ensuring food and drinks reach our guests quickly and perfectly, while supporting the wider service operation across the deck. Please be aware that this is a temporary role until 30th April 2027. There is the possibility that this position may be made permanent however it depends on the business demand at the time. We’re looking for someone with energy, attention to detail and a natural sense of urgency. What you'll do • Get food and drinks to the right table quickly and accurately • Support Assistant Waiters in preparing and maintaining side stations; cutlery, glassware, plates and napkins stocked, ensuring areas are clean and organised. • Support waiters in ensuring guests receive attentive and professional service. • Respond to guest requests courteously and promptly, escalating any issue to senior staff as needed. • Count, sort, and separate all service laundry (napkins, towels, staff cloths, etc.) at the end of each service. • Support the rearrangement and cleaning of Yona at the end of service, including storing equipment and securing furniture. • Collaborate with the front of house staff to maintain smooth service operations.
