Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a supervisory or Chief Accountant role.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and relevant regulations.
- Ability to prepare financial statements, analyze financial data, and manage budgets.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Experience with hotel PMS and POS systems is an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
